1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the pd77 platform available at pd77.win (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the pd77 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. pd77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the pd77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing a bet or accessing the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of pd77 or any of its affiliated software providers or game suppliers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any maintained by PAGCOR or any responsible gaming body.

pd77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance associated with underage play. We take age verification seriously — it protects minors and preserves the integrity of the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the pd77 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pd77 login credentials. pd77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any social media channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — will be treated as your own and subject to these Terms. You must notify pd77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pd77 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method. This is consistent with responsible gaming obligations and applicable Philippine financial regulations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals suspended pending verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on pd77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. pd77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. pd77 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. pd77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Fees

pd77 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside pd77's control. Always check your payment provider's current fee schedule.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pd77 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pd77 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• pd77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on pd77 Casino use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from established software providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed where required by applicable regulation. By playing, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG and are independent of previous results.
• Live dealer game outcomes are conducted in real time by trained dealers and are subject to the house rules of the specific game variant in play.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, pd77 will void the affected round and refund the bet to your account balance. No further liability is accepted.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the pd77 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, circumvent game rules, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes through any means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be void.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pd77 staff or other players through any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access pd77's proprietary technology or source code.

8 Responsible Gaming

pd77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools and policies apply to all pd77 accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may set time-based alerts to remind them of how long they have been active on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure by contacting pd77 support. During self-exclusion, the Platform will block all login attempts from the excluded account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pd77 Platform — including but not limited to the pd77 brand name, logo, game assets, graphics, text, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of pd77.win or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to use pd77 intellectual property for any commercial or non-personal purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any pd77 content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pd77 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of gameplay, which is subject to chance and these Terms.
• Any technical issues related to your device, browser, or internet connection.

pd77's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pd77 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

11 Account Termination

pd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, if pd77 determines in its reasonable judgment that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false registration information or fraudulent documents.
• Your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Continued maintenance of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pd77.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or non-breach termination, any eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pd77 Platform shall first be submitted to pd77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through competent Philippine courts or an applicable regulatory authority. pd77 is not subject to any offshore arbitration jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where materially significant changes are made, pd77 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of pd77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
